I can't say enough about this towing company and their owner Rob!! Our truck broke down with a customer's vehicle on top and they picked it up right away and towed our customer's vehicle the rest of the way!! Great service!!!

I’m not here to put this company on blast, my car got towed and I’ve taken full responsibility for it, however I could not understand why the impound lot fee was over $900. It stated they used “special equipment” to tow it out but paying that much is just outrageous. If your car ends up getting towed by this company I pray you didn’t pay as much as I did…

Yesterday I broke down on old Ocean City Rd. and the tow company that I called ended up being across the Street from where I had pulled over they were quick and prompt and towed my car to Preston, Ford andPittsville and I was able to get my car there before they closed so they can look at the car on Monday. Delmarva roadside service's had excellent professional service from the person who answered the phone to the tow truck driver. Thanks so much.

My family and I are here in MD for our daughter’s softball tournament. It all came to a halt when the alternator in our car died at a stop sign at the mall. Mike from Delmarva was there very quickly, got the minivan up on the flat bed and even made sure we were taken care of when he dropped the car off. Mike made a very stressful situation a pleasant one and helped get us back on the road with the family!! I recommend him to anyone in the area and to friends that may be passing through!

Delmarva roadside services, is top notch,I highly recommend this tow company/ auto shop.. my Girlfriend and I, we decided to come down to ocean city, maryland for mother's day. On the way down her car, it broke down twenty minutes from the hotel.. so we called roadside assistance, and they came and towed us to the hotel. And then the next day I called, (Rob) the owner of tow company. N he said we have a shop. N we can fix the car today. (Knowing we were out of town), he came and got the car, took it back to the shop and told us it was the fuel pump.... we'll definitely continue to do business with rob &his mechanics... (if we get stranded again).. very reasonable, honest and up front with pricing.... me n lisa thank you again (Rob).. you saved us Time n $$$ + a huge tow bill. Back to Thurmont maryland... many many many thank you.... they will be the first person I call if you know, break down there in future...👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I would highly recommend this company. They got to me very quickly. They originally came out to give me a jump. When the technician arrived he informed me that my alternator was bad and I wouldn't make it home before the battery died. Delmarva roadside Inc. Sent a tow truck to me within a half hour and even gave me a ride home. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

I needed a jump for a dead battery twice within 12 hours, and the driver was quick to respond and very helpful. Also told me they can bring batteries to me and told me that my insurance covered the installation. None of which I knew before or that my insurance told me. Great experience! Highly recommend.
