I went there to apply for my passport, and the experience was completely different from the Martinsburg location that canceled my appointment at the last minute. Rob was amazing—he provided excellent customer service with a warm welcome, friendly attitude, and a great smile. He explained everything clearly, and the whole process, including taking the photo, was very quick and smooth. This is a great place if you’re looking to get your passport done!

After Martinsburg Post Office cancelled my passport appointment multiple times, these guys had me in and out in under 30 minutes with no appointment. They were also super friendly.

Always a great service when I come pick up my mail. Rented a PO Box online and the process was really easy when coming to sign paperwork and getting my keys. Lobby is always open so I know I can get my packages at any point if left in my box. The staff is very friendly and courteous.
Busy place during peak times for sure! Parking in the back is better in my opinion (:

My family and I recently finished our photo and passport documentation at the Williamsport MD post office and wanted to extend our appreciation. The gentleman there were incredibly friendly and gracious, taking the time to explain everything to us in detail and providing great assistance; you don't find service like this much anymore. It was definitely worth the trip since Martinsburg cancelled on us twice.

My idiot mail lady has been stealing my mail and they will not do anything about it. They say it must be somebody else. I have a camera pointed directly at my mail box since this started. The only people in my mailbox was the delivery moron.
Also, 6 months ago, they stole an iPhone I was trading in. Tracking shows Williamsport post office receiving the item, then it’s never seen again.
I have reached out to the FBI, and I’ll see what happens from there.

I came to this office after my passport appointment was canceled at the Martinsburg WV location. Thankfully, the Williamsport MD post office accepted walk-ins, and I’m very satisfied with the service I received here. The drive was worth it, and most importantly the customer service from Rob who works here was excellent. He was knowledgeable, detailed and kept me well informed. You can tell he is a hard worker as he multitasked providing assistance to all customers. I’ll be coming back next week for another passport service, and I am happy to drive the 30 minutes to this specific location. Thank you Rob for creating a memorable and easy experience!

The employees here are fabulous! I didn’t have the correct amount of postage and they hand delivered them back to me within an hour and let me know to bring them back.

I haven’t been receiving my mail to my current address and when I called and talked to USPS they told me they’d have someone reach out. Well that someone was supposedly the manager at the Williamsport, Md office and was very rude. I’d recommend her be retrained in customer service because that was ridiculous. As someone who has worked in management for YEARS, I would never talk to customers or anyone the way she spoke to me. Very unprofessional.

USPS Staff MEMBER "Terry" was VERY RUDE that I spoke to over the phone at this location. I am waiting on a Package that is at this location and it shows it is just sitting at this Location and not departing to make its way too me in Baltimore a whole 1 hour away.... I will be driving from Baltimore to this USPS personally IF MY package does not depart from this location and I will definitely be laying into the staff AND taking my package and also making sure if I have to do that I am refunded for the shipping I paid for as well!!. I do not understand why ALL USPS Employees it seems these days are SO RUDE and MISERABLE, AND Lazy!!.. I NEVER had these issues like I do now adays back in the 1980s AND 1990s. People actually WORKED HARD back then at USPS..

I have shipped many returns boxes through this post office and the service is always excellent. The staff welcomes everyone who comes in and before you know it you are out the door.
