“Great place. You need to be ready to dig for books in large cardboard Gaylord bins. There are lots of children's books on shelves.Even when you are there on the first weekend of the monthly event, it is still a bargain to pay by the pound.”
“Donated 4 large totes of kids clothes and they made me feel appreciated and welcomed. I will definitely consider donating again here in the future knowing they truly help those who need it unlike some other places around that charge those in need or sell the stuff. I've heard great things about this place.”
“We joined after seeing the facility when attending our daughter’s swim lessons. It’s super clean and state of the art equipment. Staff and members are nice. We love Mary in childcare and Brian at front desk is very helpful.”

“I recently performed as part of Main Street Martinsburg's St. Patrick's Day celebration. What a delight! They had a selection of food trucks, beer and wine vendors, craft vendors, and most importantly, to me at least, fantastic music! The Whiskey Before Breakfast Band kicked things off with really solid traditional fiddle tune sets, my band mates and I followed that up with Irish pub songs in the Blackthorn Trio, followed by Irish dancing, and topped off with the Irish rock stylings of Gaelic Mishap! A great time was had by all! Even a little bit of rain couldn't stop the festivities! If they continue to put together events like this, you won't want to miss whatever Main Street Martinsburg has going on!”
“I can always find something I need at Restore. I’ve also donated items. The last time I was there, I purchased a table, 4chairs, and a small desk. When I went back to have the items loaded into my car, the gentleman loading became quite rude. Said he wasn’t going to listen to me and I could load them myself. He was convinced that it was not going to all fit in my car. He haphazardly put it in and tied the back down with one flimsy little string tied around my rear windshield wiper. I didn’t wanna argue so I left him do his own thing. Then we went a block away, unloaded the car and reloaded it, and was able to get the back closed without an issue. I’ll still shop here and I’ll still donate here but I’ll load my own stuff from now on.”
“We went on 7/11/24 in the evening an hour or so before closing. We purchased a large hutch and a few other items and the staff was amazing. The lady cashing us out was really nice and accommodating. We came back to pick up the larger furniture we purchased and the guys working were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about getting it strapped in for the ride home. 10/10 recommend this location.”
“This building contains the Washington County Department of Aging and our Senior Center. My husband and I are very grateful that we have these services available and it was one of the major influences on our deciding to buy in a senior community in this county, instead of moving elsewhere when we sold our family home.”
