This Subway has changed drastically. Pricing is extreme! When I got home, I compared my bill for a 6 in sub "meal deal" (drink & little bag of chips) to Subway's national pricing. Sub should be $5.25 it was $7.29 plus an additional $3.49 for "Fresh Value Meal". Past 3 times, only 1 person working. Language barrier as well.

Went to this Subway approximately 10:30 am Sunday morning. Closed. No lights on.Waited 10 minutes and no one arrived. Ths isn't the way to keep a business running.Went to a Subway in Hagerstown.

We were greeted at the front door by a hand written sign that said, "Absolutely no public bathrooms." So we asked, if we buy something can we use the rest rooms? They said yes.So I approached the counter, only to find another hand written sign,"This location does not accept any coupons." Geez, this owner must be really fun to work for.The staff was pleasant and the food was what you would expect from Subway.

Terrible customer service ordered online wasn't ready And then they still made other people sandwiches that came in after I got there to pick up my on line order. Place has gone to hell ever since the new owners took it over. I'll go to the pilot or Walmart one before I ever go back to subway

The food was good, but every time i visit, there is only one employee who has 7 subs still to make. The vabe is visually bright and fun, but the sound and feel is missing energy.

The lady that helped me was very nice, asked what all I wanted on my sub, very friendly, and was nice talking to while no other customers were in the store.

Tonight was the third time that I have tried to use a subway published discount code and this is the third time that this store has declined using the code. If you want an over-priced sandwich, I guess this is a great choice but if you're trying to use a coupon code provided at the home page of the national site, move on because this store doesn't play.
