My experience here has been exponentially appreciated, unexpected, and in the best of ways. We all know that hardships hit and sometimes payments can’t be made on time all the time, unfortunately. With that, I have found that Valley Storage is extremely understanding and well to work with, especially in that regard, but not limited to it. They’ve gone out of their way on multiple occasions to make sure that I get the best service they can provide, and of course, that comes with their kind and generous workers so long as you are not too far behind on payments. They make you seem like a VIP!

Great secure place to store your belongings, reasonable rent for spaces. The only thing I don't like about it is if you move out of your unit before the end of the month they DO NOT prorate, you pay the month and only use 1 week your out Fir the remainder of the month! They said they prorate coming in but not going out WTH !!!!

Valley Storage Williamsport was great to work with. They helped me so much when I was needing a place right away. The units are easy to find and were nice and clean. We moved to Hagerstown needing storage for a three bedroom house while transitioning to our new home. We found everything we needed and more at Valley storage in Williamsport, MD. Outstanding customer service and help in our time of need. Thank you for being awesome.

I was able to reserve my storage unit online and the very next day someone reached out to me , I finally got back to them several days later and the lady I spoke to I believe was Peggy Crawford made finalizing the rental of the storage quick and easy
