I already do not believe in alarm systems, but I have never had a good experience with this company. They call the police before they call any contacts on the account which guarantees a fine from the local police. Yesterday they called me to tell me that there was a glass break in my dining room. I rushed home and nothing happened anywhere in the house. To top it off, the one time I had glass break in my home, the alarm never triggered. Waste of money.Edit: to add to this, they locked my wife into a 5+ year contract. When we wanted to switch to a competitor who offered the same service for significantly less money, they forced us to buy out the contract. Bad service. Over priced. Absolute waste. Never do business with them.

Just had the worst experience with one of their employees working at Fairmont at Southlake apartments!He was standing outside of our building at 7:30am screaming cuss words so loudly I could hear from inside my apartment. It sounded like he was arguing or complaining about something.Then a few minutes later as I left the building, carrying my baby and also bags, the same man saw me coming out of the building.He stood in the walkway and didn’t move, and I bumped into him accidentally and almost fell, with my baby in hand.Both him and the other employee were very hostile and I will be taking this as high up in corporate as possible.I don’t know what his name was but He was an older man with glasses.

I was searching around for a security company that was going to work hard, be reachable and do a great job and have excellent products compatible with alarm.com. From my first interaction with Ryan the (manager) to the new alarm installed by Peter, everything was great.Ryan was very helpful with every facet of the install (and was able to answer every question and concern I had about the product and compatibility with the wiring we currently have in the house). He was also kind and accommodating to my needs.The work done by Peter was with great pride and care, there were a few things that weren’t going so smoothly, but Peter was determined to figure out the problems and solve them. I was delighted with the work I received from Crimpco. Thank you Peter, Ryan, Robin and Martin.

Similar to other complaints here, you have to watch your contract with CRIMPCO carefully. They put a 3-year contract in place with no termination clause. I moved to a location where CRIMPCO does not offer services and they enforced the termination for over $650 simply to cancel.Further, CRIMPCO did not offer modern technology in terms of remote arm/disarm or an app to check the status of your home.I went with CRIMPCO because they were locally based and the hardware was already in the house. Why work with a local company when they're going to be both sub-par in technology and predatory about billing?

I have used Crimpco's services for 15 years-they are wonderful to work with and responsive when necessary not to mention very affordable. I would recommend Crimpco's services to anyone that needs security for their home or business.

My alarm installation went very smoothly. The installer was great as he was one of the few workers who have come to me that were professional and, most of all, intelligent. For sure, I will recommend you to everyone that I know that is looking for a security system.
