please never use this Allstate agency, he is very rude he needs to learn first how to talk to people if he is going to work in the type of industry. If you are planning to use this office you might as well just not get insurance. Mr. campbell is that bad. Wish I could put zero stars.

The one star is by fault because this the lowest google allows you to go. Honestly, I do not feel as if I received the best services or experience. Whenever I had a question or concern my phone calls, repeated emails and voicemail were unanswered. Mr. Campbell does not return any point of contact, I never experienced such lack of professionalism, the office seriously needs to be shut down.

I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism in any business dealing as I have with this Insurance agency in Particular one agent ..he was aggressive and threatening. My initial conversations when signing up were pleasant and professional..six months later when there is a problem his whole attitude changed. .unbelievable!! As a result I have to seek new coverage ..
