They were absolutely the best the first year. I even got a loaner chair. Now I can’t get anything. They tell me I owe money refusing to send a technician to then find out I didn’t. Now it takes months for a repair. The online tracker doesn’t make any sense. How does a repair shop never have parts. And it takes months now. My last repair took almost 60 days and I was unable to use my chair at all and after all that the order was not complete. Sherrie Bernstein has never answered my calls or returned a voicemail and sends out incorrect information. It’s probably because it’s time for a new chair.

I went for a power wheelchair seating clinic. The technician was very detailed and knowledgeable. She was able to help me identify the issues that were causing me discomfort. She listened to me and adjusted accordingly.

It took quite a long time to schedule a technician to service my wheelchair. But once he got here he worked quickly to address my issues and attach the accessories that I needed on the chair. He was also very polite, friendly and competent. As well parts were ordered seamlessly and arrived within a reasonable amount of time. However NuMotion continues to have problems with providing customers with accurate communication regarding scheduled appointments. In this instance on the day of the scheduled appointment I received a text indicating that the technician would arrive between 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. He arrived at about 4:00 p.m. He did alert me that other service appointments prevented him from arriving as originally scheduled. Regardless, I spent the entire day out of the chair awaiting his arrival. My husband also took the day off from work since I was unable to use the chair. This is not an isolated incident . It happened earlier this summer as well .Seems they require better time management, more personnel and/or better communication with customers.

The delivery of my wheelchair was very smooth, from the set up of the time to the arrival. Everything was explained and demonstrated by the technician, he even suggested taking a video of certain parts to reference later. I would definitely recommend Numotion to anyone needing a wheelchair.

This is the worst company ever. My 3 year Olds gait trainer still hasn't been adjusted and it's been 8 months. Chad came to my home and Said he would work on getting it fixed than after months passed I called just to be told that Chad closed the order stating that it had been completed. Hes a liar Everytime I call im given the run around from nicole. Terrible staff and what's worse is that my daughter suffers from not having the appropriate equipment. Shame on this pathetic company

Jeff Cupps was a fantastic representative for your company and he was completely enjoyable to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable about products and interacted very professionally and efficiently with the PT through a ZOOM Meeting. Overall, I was completely impressed by our entire interaction and would totally recommend working with Jeff.

This company has no understanding about the fact that wheelchairs are not just equipment, but our mobility and independence. They delivered a defective wheelchair in May, the wheel locks broke months later, and then they failed to order new parts before they sent a technician even though they knew the problem. It shouldn't take weeks for emergency repairs.

My child has been waiting for a new wheelchair ordered & paid for (by insurance) in 2022. We are trying to replace one that is over 7 yrs old & is dangerous to use currently, that NuMotion only wanted to put new parts on for years, despite its age & condition.NuMotion has awful customer service & are very difficult to get timely appointments. They often order incorrect items that do not fit or work for the wheelchair user.Do yourself a favor & do NOT use NuMotion for your medical equipment.

The service was great and the staff was very affable and knowledgeable about what they were doing especially when it pertained to my new motorized wheelchair.

With all the negative reviews, it is possible I am just overly optimistic and will adjust the review if necessary. But they were flexible with our initial appointment, and Thomas was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and up front about the challenges we were going to face with delivery timeline. We haven't even finished clearing the insurance hurdle, but we are excited just the same. I also think it is useful that they have an app to help track the process and conduct virtual tech repair calls in the future. Our only concern was that we were surprised the front door doesn't have a push button for handicap accessibility... a little surprising and off-putting considering the customer base.

We have been purchasing wheelchairs for our 37 year old son since he was 3 years old. Never , have we ever experienced the ineptitude that we have experienced with the most recent order to NuMotion, which started in August, 2022. We still do not have delivery of a manual wheelchair or a shower chair. Apparently the order for the shower chair is “lost”, even though we were told it would be delivered yesterday . The manual chair was presented to us in February and was not acceptable ( had no arm rests, seat was way too high, couldn’t fit under a table, abductor pads were too large) Simple enough corrections, right? The chair was presented to us again yesterday..NOTHING had been done to it!!! For almost 4 months this chair sat somewhere at NuMotion and was never looked at, no changes were made, it was exactly as it was when they presented it in February! Again, it was sent back to have armrests put on, seat lowered, abductor pads adapted. What is wrong with this company??!!! How can they be so incompetent? Do they just not care? Are there no checks and balances within the company? Is it typical to have product in for repair/adjustment for 4 months and no supervisor question why this chair hadn’t been delivered? Doesn’t the supervisor question why they haven’t been paid yet for a chair ordered almost 9 months ago? NuMotion caters to a very vulnerable, captive audience who depend on them to do the right thing so that they can have mobility, independence and DIGNITY! NuMotion is failing to support the population who pays their salaries. It is beyond comprehension! It borders on business negligence. And who suffers? The vulnerable disabled client in need of mobility aids to maintain a healthy quality of life. I have left messages this morning with NuMotion requesting a return call, so far I have yet to receive one.

Neumotion provides the most customized, caring and excellent service around, hands down! What they have done for my son has only once been less than perfect. And he has been in a chair for 35 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else and if possible I would always use Jeff!
