I waited 6 months with zero updates for our equipment. I asked the doctor to move the script to another company that a family RN recommended. That company took care of us within 3 weeks.I’m very disappointed.

This is an excellent service! They provide excellent follow-up and are patient about finding the right equipment for you. I have had to have several different adapters for my CPAP machine and an additional fitting because I am still struggling with getting used to sleeping with a machine on my face, but each interaction with PRHS has been amazing. They have been expeditious about following up with me and quick to follow through with new orders and prescriptions. Although I am still struggling to get used to my CPAP device, I am extremely satisfied with PRHS's service supporting my use of the CPAP.

This company has top quality customer service. It was great having a technician come to my house to set up the CPAP machine, instruct me on its use and help me with choosing a mask. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very convenient to have them let you know when you are eligible for new supplies.

I have had nothing but good services with PRHS and the CPAP they have provided. They guided me to a mask that I can comfortably wear and are on top of my supplies. Furthermore, when I have had to deal with them on the phone, I found them to be prompt, courteous, professional, and down right pleasant to talk to. This is a rarity in the health services industry, based upon my experience.

This respiratory company has been really responsive, they are quick to set up appointments for fitting me with my CPAP machine. They answer any and all questions that I have with my CPAP machine and how to use it. They call me every three months for renewals on filters and masks. They always make sure that I have everything I need in order to maintain my respiratory health. My husband uses another company and we have found that this company has been better in comparison. If I were given a choice, I would definitely use them again!

I've been using Professional Respiratory Homecare Services for a few years. We have found them to be very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The staff was able to help rather quickly. Mr. Asme came to our house to set up my son's Bi-Pap machine & to offer him a choice of masks. we also received a home concentrator machine because my son required oxygen therapy. We were very pleased with the services Mr. Asme gave my son. We were educated on how to use & clean the machines, how to change the filters, hose & water reservoirs. We were very impressed with Mr. Asme's bedside manner, his level of knowledge and the care he used with my medically fragile son.
