They charge a unnecessary administration fee, and also pro rate the first month instead of being free as advertised. Beware of the bad business practices.

Moving is often a VERY frustrating time, but David helped to make the storage renting process so simple that it helped to ease my troubles. Great customer service. Friendly, funny and efficient! Best customer service in the industry!! I had a last minute move and Snapbox was able to accommodate my needs immediately. David was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the business. He helped me choose the best unit size for my needs. The place is always impeccably clean and I love that I was able to drive right up to my unit. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to everyone.
