I love Starfaces, I have visited every location,and the customer service was excellent,I love their foundation sticks on my skin, they give me great coverage, their products are the best, I don’t go anywhere else but Starfaces for my beauty needs, for anyone looking to get lash extensions, brow tint, or makeovers I highly recommend them, they are literally the best in the DMV area

Cheap quality cheap service I could do my own. The product use is terrible, they claim they use lash glue when it’s hair glue mixed with some BS. Never will I go again!!!! White Marsh Towson Security don’t matter!!! I try to support black business and failed!!

My daughter face was absolutely stunning for prom! We happened to catch STAR while she was there and she was kinda quiet but kind and smiled. It was a little wait but it was ok, she has the music playing and it's very beautiful and girly in the shop. She had a customer and it was a little girl with her aunt, the aunt yelled about the prices after STAR did her face and walked out and told the little girl to wipe it off, it was sad but STAR said its ok to the little girl because she knew that day was special and let her keep everything for half the price she paid. I really liked how she handled that situation. These reviews are mostly negative because of hate but I love women that are confident like me. Yeah some this she could do better, maybe get a story manager to greet people and handle other duties but other than that it wasn't bad at all.

I was at the Whitemarsh location , to get my eyebrows done and the girl actually made an attempt to use clippers , I asked her not to use those on eyebrows . That’s a nooooo! For me

I got my makeup done for an event at Security Mall two weeks ago. The makeover experience I had that day still boils my blood. Makeup artist in this place is very unprofessional, very rude, just terrible. I did my makeup for my child’s event with this lady, don't know her name but she is the one who can’t speaks clearly. I don’t know who hired her to be a makeup artist, she literally put 10 pounds of makeup on my face and made me look like a cake! I asked her to do my eyebrows, she doesn’t even know how to do it, the lipstick was everywhere, under eye concealer made me look 10 years older and on top she had the nastiest attitude when I asked her to fix it. With this horrible makeup the price they charge is super high! Neverr go there, I ended up leaving with tears and wiped everything off in my car. I wish I could have gotten my money back but didn’t wanted to deal with the nasty mouth women. Please do yourself a favor and find a freelancer to do your makeup, it will be way worth the money! This place is trash!

Got my lashes done at whitemarsh location , never again ! My natural eyelashes are completely gone .... she used way too much glue to the point it was dripping in my eye . I do not recommend

The one in white marsh is terrible. Unprofessional s he'll. I her there at 6:40,pm. They close st 8pm. 1 person is there getting eyebrows only.she states it's too late for her and alder is ready to leave. This is 2nd time and I am Mad

No One showed up at the store on Fri April 9th! My sister needed her makeup done on this day for her wedding...no one called her back. I messaged this lady on her IG page and left a comment which was deleted... Why did you delete the truth!? This is bad business and I wish I could give ZERO ? people wonder why black businesses aren't supported. Never again!
