“shout out to Dora! I have been banking with MT bank for 20 yrs ( way back when they were in weis grocery store) for my personal and buisness accounts . Dora has always been the face of this branch. she always greets you with a smile and whenever i had an issue she is always there to help resolve it . You do not see customer service like this anymore . All the tellers ( Maria , Joyce ) are also great!”

“Great location! Although I hate M&T (they kept buying out whatever local bank I was with so I finally gave up and just stayed with them), the staff at this location are great! My debit card wouldn't swipe anymore and I was leaving on a trip in a few days. Oluwadamilola Adeiye patiently helped me get a new card in time for my trip even though I was kind of freaking out, and was very skeptical that it would arrive in time. When ordering my new card she noticed I qualified for a personal loan. She helped me navigate the process so easily and, with all my debt consolidated, I'm now saving a bunch of money and only have one monthly payment that is paid automatically through my account! I came in with a little bit of stress about my card and left feeling great about my finances!”
