I inadvertently ordered a half pad that was on backorder - Stephanie very kindly emailed me to let me know. I requested a substitute (different color) and she got it shipped and delivered the NEXT DAY! Amazing customer service!!

Best saddles, I've got the Epiphany through Ergonomie Equestre in France, and with their skills (fit the saddle to the horse and myself) it became a real pleasure to sit the trot and my horse's very big canter.
