Customer service experience left me with questions. I really don't know what to make of it.
Came in to buy some bulbs. We were not greeted when we walked into the store. We literally had to go to the counter and lock eyes with the blonde lady at the register just to be acknowledged.
While she was reasonably helpful with our questions, there was an air of apprehension and reluctance the entire time we were engaging with her. Stand-offish, judgemental, and condescending. POC will know exactly what feeling I am talking about. It was really uncomfortable. We were stared at the entire time we were in the store.
We purchased the bulbs we wanted and left. As we were walking to the car I said to my wife, " I have some thoughts I want to share once we get inside the car."
Her reply: "I already know what it is."
It's highly unlikely this will be our future choice for gardening purchases.

Accommodating, knowledgeable, pleasant, know their stuff, have what I want and plenty more stuff, to "solve problems I don't have yet" (my wife says "buy stuff I don't need"), and I have to assume reasonably priced (with all those other great attributes, final price sounds very reasonable). A distance away for us, so I appreciate finding what I went for, and other really neat stuff.

This garden center is 30 minutes from my home, but I make sure to come at least 4x a year. They have hundreds and hundreds of varieties of annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, etc. they also have a cool assortment of house plants, pots, fertilizers, seeds, etc.

Always a great place to find a variety of local and unique plants, and native flowers. Competitive pricing, friendly personnel and helpful gardeners. A pleasant experience every time!!

I am very pleased with my landscape project. Edgar's design is beautiful & practical. Craig's team-Antonio, Furman, Riley, Dan & Ritchie did a wonderful job of bringing Edgar's design to life. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional & cordial. I certainly recommend Sun Nurseries & their excellent staff.

We recently had landscaping done by Sun Nurseries. Edgar from the landscape design dept was fantastic! He was very friendly and helpful in planning our new landscape. The installation crew was also great. Mario, Richie, and Dan were professional and friendly. We were very pleased with the finished product. We would highly recommend this nursery!

The customer service here is amazing. It was too good for me to not post a review. I went on a Wednesday morning, and the woman who walked around with me to select my 2 trees was super knowledge and patient with me as I evaluated the correct selection for my project. She had delivery trucks just arrive and continued to help me while the crew unloaded. On top of that, as soon as they started loading the larger tree it started pouring, and they didn't stop. They powered through. Seriously gold star customer service.

Great for selection of things to buy but I would not use their installers. Something always comes up and they miss scheduled dates, they say they are going to do one thing and somehow it isn’t relayed.
No using their installers again.

Great staff, great selection. Where do they find all these top notch employees even in a very tough labor market? I'm guessing it must be a great place to work. I've bought a ton of plants from these folks and I've always had really good luck with the things I've purchased. They don't always have "the latest thing going" but I'm glad they care enough about their customers to vet things first.

I have been going to Suns nursery since 2017 and the level of customer service I receive is fantastic. All of the staff that work their know their plants! The quality of the plants are phenomenal especially for someone who at the start, did not have a green thumb and their return policy is fair. Their plant selection is wide! I feel like the best time to go is at the middle of spring - late summer because that’s when they have the most plants out. I highly recommend this place.

Negative customer service experience, not family friendlyI have been coming to this nursery for several years. Typically the staff is courteous and helpful. Today I had a highly negative staff experience while picking out Christmas tree with my toddler where staff was pushy and making passive aggressive comments while my attention was on the supervision of my toddler. Given many options I am going to other businesses in the future.

50 years! How many small businesses have lasted this long? This is my happy place. Went there yesterday for the first time in the winter and loved all the beautiful displays.
