Could not be worse, i just checked my mail and found three wrongly delivered items of mail from three entirely separate addresses. Wonder how much of my mail i'm missing???

They change outrageous prices for shipping. Way more than the online USPS charges, do yourself a favor and print you shipping labels online yourself.

We are a local t-shirt company and have been shipping via USPS for 3 years now, over 10000 packages and today they denied our packages because the labels where a few days old. Are you kidding me, we paid for the shipping, scheduled a pickup that shows the day you picked them up then you scan them in. Pretty sure you are in the clear there. Have to switch to UPS now.

Packages that require a signature they won't even try to deliver. We have video proof from our doorbell that they don't even come down our driveway, they simply leave a note in our mailbox making us drive 15 minutes to pick it up. Really unethical humans working at this office.

The driver's leave packages in the driveway, rather than on the porch, if they don't fit in the mailbox, resulting in them getting wet if it rains. Sometimes they are jammed in the mailbox when it's a close fit and you can hardly get them out. We often receive mail that isn't ours as well. No pride in the job at all.

I am new to the area and have had 3 good experiences with the post office and staff there. I had several shipments of chicks delivered over the summer and they went out of their way to stay open a little extra so that I could pick them up after work.

...and choose to return them to sender when we never told they were at the post office. Yesterday pckg for my house was dropped at an apt complex office, they told postal "worker" it was not theirs & he left it there ANYWAY..what!? Lobby workers are rude whether in person or on the phone. They just don't care & should be replaced!

Awful customer service. Went to pick up a package that was overnighted to their location, was told I could not pick it up and if I wasn't going to be home when it was dropped off I could put my mail on a 3 day hold. If I paid for over night shipping why in the world would I want to then put it on a 3 day hold.

Slow service, small customer area fills up quickly with customers waiting. Priority Mail shipping boxes of larger sizes seem to be in short supply.

The Woodbine USPS, really needs to get their act together. I have received others mail, destroyed packages, a carrier has forged signature, and even packages that have been opened and product taken out.
