I came into this location today due to needing an unexpected replacement phone. I believe the young lady's name that assisted me today was Kandi. She told no idea that I just buried my friend earlier today but treated with me such care and kindness. Despite everything I was dealing with, she made me feel so much better. She's truly a doll and I appreciate how patient, caring and nice she was. It most definitely didn't go unnoticed ! She deserves a RAISE ! lol but seriously today was rough and she went above and beyond!!! Thank you soooo much ! I even told my mama about you ! Lol

First, let me say that I have been a steady client for the corporate store at the Route 40 address. The customer service there continues to be HORRIBLE!!!! I'm not going to get into now.!!!!! The customer service at the 6666 store was Phenomenal. I'm truly grateful for Arika and the level of knowledge and compassion and help displayed by this young lady totally blew me away!! I'm going to use that store from now on and let all my friends know that it's the best store in the Catonsville area to go to. Again I would like to thank Arika the positive experience and the first time in a while I have been exposed to the level of customer service that made America great ?

Today is September the 10th around 1:45 p.m. I went into the store to pay a bill and purchase two more phones and the customer service was very very rude also she said she was training someone else so I guess she's going to be training them how to be rude and ignorant too I will never step foot in the store again I guess the address 6666 speaks for itself evil and devils working at the store . Whoever is running this store so called manager is going to run it right in the hole . Metro please have better people to represent your business . And when I say customer service was very very unprofessional and pitiful if I could give it no stars I would .

When they say good help is hard to find, they weren't talking about sales person Ms. Arika, I appreciate good business. I needed a new phone and did not know what I needed or could afford, she considered my concerns and informed me of all the promotions and how I could benefit from them,also showed me how to use the product. Long story short I visited that store twice and each time left satisfied with what I brought and confident on how to use them. Courtesy and patience is the key to good help.Thank you Ms. Arika

As a sprint customer forced to use t mobile due to their merger, I find that I miss the friendly in store customer service that I got from sprint, cause the service that I received from Pamela at the t mobile service store out side of security Square mall. Not only was she very rude, but her sighs and rolling of her eyes gave me the impression that she not only didn't want to be at work but also that she didn't want to help either, not impressed so far by any means!

I just got off the phone with T-mobile suppose to be supervisor name Steve located in the Philippines, terrible customer service, this person told me that I had to go to the local store to resolve my issues, because I did not have a pass code, I stated that I can't remember my pass code, I tried a couple of times, I said that I have my ACCOUNT information, my personal information , I ask can I verify other ways, I even tried to sign up on T-mobile website.. Mr. Steve did not offer any assistance, to say you have to go to a local store, I live on the east coast dealing with a snow storm, and it is truly beyond me why, I was on the phone with T-mobile for almost one hour and nothing was resolved.. Please train companies that are out source how to make customers service more effective and focus more on resolving the problem and not just focusing on PINs, NOTHING WAS RESOLVED

I'm coming at 10:05 am and I see some employee in there but they lock the door then I wait until 10:15 still not open the shop , on the side say open 10:00 to 8:00 , I'm don't like the way working like that
