Last Sunday I ordered my cheese pizza from the first and last time I would order a cheese pizza from them my cheese pizza didn’t tasted the same as before when I used to order a cheese pizza from them years ago like now last Sunday I ordered my cheese pizza and it tasted like it was never cooked well done so I had call the manager he told me well it depends on what time you called to make the pizza if you called in late then the pizza might not taste well but if you call early then the pizza might taste well done and I’m like ok sure I bet you won’t be getting my money next time bc y’all messed up my order so for the people that trying Kianis for the 1st time I recommend you don’t waste your money on buying a pizza from them again

The first and last time I will EVER order from this restaurant. I placed a delivery order and haven’t even tasted my food yet but when the driver called me to let me know he had arrived I asked him to bring my order to the door of my apartment building. He got upset and told me that he’s in the parking lot and for me to come get it. I explained to him how to get to the door and he got an attitude with me. If I leave a tip on top of paying for my food, delivery fees and convenience fees I expect for it to come to my door. And for clarification I ordered direct from the restaurant not through any third party delivery service

Friendly staff, with great customer service. Reasonable prices and the food it’s very tasty. My wife and I love their cheesesteaks (one of the best in the city).
