The car didnt get even get slightly cleaner. I think the machine is not working correctly. I talked to the attendant who said he cant help with refund or anything.

Super disappointed with this location. My membership wouldn’t work, and getting in and out is extremely difficult with a wider vehicle. I finally gave up and paid for a wash, only for it to do a partial job. Not worth it, and I won’t be back. The 40 & 29 location is far superior.

a very negative experience working there, the manager is abusive, threatening, and unprofessional toward both employees and customers, and stating that the car wash is low quality and not worth the cost. Stay away!
