“I drive a Toyota that has had a damaged wheel bearing for some time. I didn’t want to keep putting it off as the vibration noise and shaking of the vehicle had become significantly intense. I checked in my vehicle on Wednesday morning and was told they’d have a look at it. Communication throughout the day was consistent over the phone and I was even offered a ride up the road by Cliff if I needed it. I picked my car up Thursday morning hardly 24 hours later with the issue completely solved and repaired and for even less money than they had originally quoted me for. They had also used a floor mat when stepping inside my vehicle to keep the car clean which was very much appreciated. The man who gave me my keys and the bill was respectful and even gave me a tin of peppermints to take with me. The bill was itemized which was a nice touch. A great service center and would definitely recommend.”

“The lady’s at the desk are very pleasant. Craig and steve are awesome. On 2 separate occasions I had issues and got me right in and took care of the issues i had. I took longer for me to show them and to take around back and fix. Their shop is very clean and well taken care of with a shop this clean you can expect only the best for your vehicle as they take a lot of pride into your ride!! Highly recommended. Thanks again!!”

“My husband and I were on our way to the beach and he ran over an umbrella on Rte. 50. We didn’t realize right away, but the gas tank was punctured. We pulled over and after calling the fire dept and AAA, the Sheriff’s Deputy called Jamie with Queenstown Collision for a tow to save us time. Jamie waited with us while we made the insurance claim and then drove us AND our dog to his shop. We had a hard time getting a rental car right away, but Jeren, Jamie’s wife, let us wait inside, out of the hot and humid weather, and gave our dog treats! “We discovered a massive oil leak in our vehicle during a drive home from the shore, but as luck would have it, we were just a few miles away from this shop and the saint who works there, Erica. She let us know we needed to get the car looked at right away and went as far as to call a nearby service station (Willard’s - another five star place with amazing folks) and arrange for them to get us in right away. On top of that, she found someone to escort us over there in a separate vehicle just in case our car failed along the way. Just incredible. The definition of above and beyond the call of duty.”
