Being honest about what to expect from a detailer is important. And Alex communicates, responds, is involved in YOUR car, meaning the shop will actually address your concerns, and be upfront. For me, Alex actually inherited an even harder job. He not only had to fix a bad ceramic coating from a dealership, but he had to somehow make a clean well maintained car look better. My expectations were pretty non existent given the coating, problems and color.To say I’m mind blown is an understatement.Alex turned a bad situation around both inside and out, and the end result was nothing short of staggering. Not only did he remove the 20 year old decals, he fixed up some paint I had missing and also tinted my windows to hide the equipment. Best service I ever had. “An establishment is only as good as it’s people and this place has good-hearted people! I came here to use their vacuums and they have a great operation, lots of space and strong machines. But I ended up dropping my wallet and only realizing hours later, thinking this could be the only place I could have lost it, I came back. The place was closed but I figured I’d check just in case and the manager had found my wallet, contacted local police & had planned to drop it off after staying an hour after closing just in case I’d show up. I was such in a shock that I forgot to ask his name, but I’m so thankful for the gentleman! Don’t hesitate to go to this place, great establishment!”
