If I could give zero stars I would. I went to my storage unit to find almost all of my stuff contaminated with rat feces. I called multiple times to try and report this and get more information but the woman Samantha, in the office, refused to call me back. These are the texts that she believes are acceptable when a customer notifies them that there is an infestation in their facility. I will be contacting the board of health and other appropriate agencies. If you have things stored there I would be checking your stuff immediately.
