Unfortunately lack of professionalism led to a loss of time.Midway had a car I was interested in. After getting a text and a call confirming appt and vehicle availability I Drove 45m one way to find out that the vehicle is not there. Appears that Kip, a person to confirm, is not at the location and has no clue about the inventory.

I got my car three months ago. it was none stop back and forth in the shop. Service was very rude and disrespectful in every way. They keeped fixing it but it was never really fixed they didn't want to get me in a new car nor did they want to give me my refund back, as well as last minute finding out it would have cost money to check out my car when clearly it wasnt my fault. Their sales department was ok, lots of running around, but not that much of a welcoming entrance from here. I was hoping to have a better experience than what we got.

Terrible and unprofessional service. Hard time getting what I need and on time services. They do not provide vehicles for you while your car is being repaired or any sort of compensation towards your rental. Ron from services is very rude and unprofessional. I showed him pictures from Ford diagnostics and he said “that doesn’t even look like ford” . Their mechanics are new and under paid and it shows in their work. I regret coming here. They took 3 weeks to repair my coolant system and I had to go through $1700 in rental charge and Rob said he will not help me because he was waiting on parts the whole time . My next repair was an o2 sensor and he ordered wrong part and still no compensation or even apology for taking more than a 2 weeks . These people take advantage of nice people. I don’t recommend you buy a car from this place as it will be serviced before you know it by Rob and his mediocre team. They didn’t even repair it properly, placed sealant where sealant isn’t suppose to go and pinched several wires. They lie about diagnostics. Feel bad for anyone this company takes advantage of. Also Gary Stone the owner was no help as he only redirected back to services playing ping pong with me after services directed me to him for help. I’ve left him voice mails and ask him to call me back he has yet to do so.

Great experience overall! Kevin was so helpful and informative, answered all of my questions and listened to all my concerns. I'd absolutely recommend Midway to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Great customer service from a sales perspective. Francisco was very attentive. Unfortunately after the sale, after I paid in cash, I felt less important. It’s been 30 days since I paid and I still don’t have an inspection sticker. Midway was fantastic in making sure the car is safe and working properly. However, i shouldn’t be trying to figure out how to get an inspection before I get pulled over.

Most seamless car buying I’ve ever had and they went above and beyond to help! I’ve been searching for specific cars and ended up at Midway. I knew what I wanted so after test driving, we did the paperwork and the staff was extremely helpful overall experience FIVE STARS FOR SURE

My name is John gray and I purchased a car from midway auto in Abington and I have nothing but problems with the car I purchased 2019 Cadillac XT4 sport and they have had 3 times to fix the car which they still have not fixed and still having problems with the car and they will not give me my 20,000 dollars back mike did not want to give me my money back which he is the owner and I called the better business bureau on him and I called channel 5 as well and they are gonna put it on the news so if I was anyone who is buying a car I recommend not to buy a vehicle from midway auto terrible business and the owner mike is not understanding when you have a family a little girl in a car and the car just brakes automatically when you are going 45 mph it happened to me twice in one day and mike the owner doesn't care if you or your child gets hurt period very mean and selfish person mike owner

Had such an amazing experience at Midway! Rob was fantastic and really took the time to explain the process of fixing my car. He kept me up to date and made me aware of everything. They are lucky to have such a knowledgeable, personable and straightforward person there! Thanks again!

do not buy from these crooks.at first: very quick straight to the point and as far as I know honest, took me less then 15 minutes to make the deal and the car was ready for me to pick up few hours later, could of been sooner but I had things to do so I had to leave and come back or else it probably would of been faster.update:complete liars sold a car with baf shocks and alignment they refuse to fix, they love giving u the run around, had to drive all the way there just so they can tell me they have no loaners?? and I'm actually still waiting on an order since I got the car . I will not recommend this crooks as we are still beefing, I will get my car fixed and I will get an attorney in the right time.update: still have not received my part, my car is not drivable, been dead battery, no ford will take the warranty they sold me cause they pay cheap so I have to come up with the rest of the bill if I want my car fixed anywhere.do not do not do not buy from these crooks.

Everything was great until I realized that my registration expired. You would think that for the amount of money I spent that all of that could have been handled for me right there. I would still recommend Midway to anyone wanting to purchase a quality used vehicle.
