Larry Russo & his wife own and work at Platinum Auto! They are the BEST auto sales places I have ever been to or heard about! Larry has the answer for any question or concern you have about the car you are interested in! He is also very knowledgeable, honest, professional, fair, patient, respectful, understanding,and a pleasure to deal with!! IF I ever need another car Platinum Auto would BE the only place I would go to and I highly recommend them to anyone I talk with!!!

I bought my car here in March of this year. Larry is very trustworthy and patient. He was willing to answer all questions and deal with concerns quickly. I also had a pre-purchase inspection done and the car was exactly what he said it was; well-maintained and no surprises. In the months since, Larry has always been there to answer more questions and knows “a guy” for any other needs you might have. He’s true to his word on the generous warranty. If you’re an anxious buyer like me, I highly recommend this dealership.

In need of a new used vehicle and short on time, I was referred to Platinum Auto. Larry the owner was professional, understanding and accommodating. Though he did not have what my budget was allocated for, he said he would get back with me by end of day. He did and was able to get me a very good shape reliable Toyota Corolla with low mileage. He kept his word and delivered. I highly recommend him. It is a family business that offers price points for all buyers. If not on lot he will find what your looking for or a comparable. My experience exceeded all expectations of the car buying process. Thank you Larry.

Larry was great to deal with. I got good vibes from him from the beginning. He gave me a very fair deal on a vehicle I really like. He even gave me some good advice to help me sell one of my own vehicles. The only negative was I would have liked the vehicle I purchased from them to have been cleaned a little more. Maybe ran through the car wash at least but overall I had a positive experience and I'm happy with the vehicle. I would recommend platinum auto if you're looking for a used vehicle.

Larry is without a doubt the only honest used car dealer I have encountered in the last 40 years. I purchased a late model Ram 1500 that was not only exceptionally clean but also reasonably priced and came with a 6 month extended warranty on the drivetrain. I had an issue with the radio where it would not receive any stations. Any other used car dealer would not have bothered to address the radio but Larry went above and beyond and paid to have the radio diagnosed and replaced at my local Ram dealership. Thank you Larry for being a man of your word and standing behind the sale. You have a customer for life and I will recommend you to anyone I hear of looking for a used vehicle.

I went down to Platinum Auto earlier today based on a recommendation from a co-worker and I've never had such a positive experience with the car-buying process. Clearly a family-run small business but Larry Russo made the whole process easy - I had my usual 50 questions (buying a car is always an adventure and I worry about brake fluid a lot) but he put my mind at ease - he didn't come across as the stereotypical used car salesman at ALL - just a good experience and they deserve any success they get. Financing was simple (Rockland Credit Union which has its own advantages) - they clearly want repeat business and nobody there was pushy. Even his son was polite and clearly into the business which doesn't always happen! Old-school and better for it. Anyone looking for a good car with strong after-market support can't go wrong. Thank God people like this still exist but I was very impressed.

Larry talked to me about his experience in the car industry and shared accurate details about the car I was interested in. The purchasing process was smooth, and I drove away a happy customer. If I'm in the market for a car in the future, I'll definitely check out their inventory first.

This past Spring I purchased a Subaru Outback from Platinum Auto and the experience could not have been more friendly and efficient. I saw the vehicle I was interested in through an ad Saturday evening. I called Sunday morning and even though it was his day off, Larry showed me the vehicle that afternoon. After a substantial test drive I purchased it on the spot. The car was beautifully presented, the warranty from Platinum was excellent, and Larry was as cordial and laid back as could be. And best of all, the price was unmatched by any other dealership I had researched - literally a full $2K - $3K below other listings of that vehicle found elsewhere. And this was not on a $50K vehicle, but one that cost me $16K. All in all, the experience was simply wonderful, which is not a word commonly associated with purchasing a used vehicle, lol.
