This bank and their staff are disgusting. Allowing their atm to take peoples debit cards for no reason and claiming they can’t do anything about it. Leaving me with no access to my money. The level of entitlement and lack of customer service is appalling. Legal action will be happening.

Every time I have attempted to do anything more complex than a simple deposit or withdrawal is a problem. Plus I hate some of their policies such as freezing savings accounts if there is no activity for a year. I wrote to the top complaining about their policy and I found out a year later through the grapevine (another employee) that the person I dealt with lost their Christmas bonus because of my letter... even though I specifically said that the person was polite and professional. They also had a hard time reactivating my account. Customer Service staff are nice, but why is everything a problem here? Based on my experience I would avoid Santander, not only this branch.

On the website it says hours may differ on holidays, they should be more specific so the people don't have to waste there time going to the bank just to check or at least have a answer service for the holiday to tell you when calling,thanks!!
