I had a great experience with the car shop. First time I went there, I was greeted with a big smile and the owner asked me to wait for him to get someone to check my car, before I sat down someone came to me and took my keys to check my car. Then he told me the problem and offered to fix it. I left my car and by the next day my car was fixed because they had to order the parts but they notified me. The owner gave me a price in advance and the job ended up costing more money but he didn’t charge me the extra. When I dropped off my car to fix, the owner asked his father to take me home so I wouldn’t take an Uber. His father was very gentle and very nice to me. I am greatful for them because they provide me with great service and great price. As a woman, it’s hard to trust someone with your car because most people care more about making a few bucks, not this guy. He is honest, courteous, professional and kind. I would recommend people to check him out!

Dropped my truck off here friday to get my tire plugged due to a self tapper while i was at work. Showed it to the guy. They said it would be the next thing done but still gave them the entire day. I went and picked up the truck, which they said was all set and paid. I got home and the next morning my tire was flat again with the self tapper not removed. I just brought it back thinking maybe it was a simple mistake, and the guy insisted on lying to me that he already did it and was extremely rude. Put a plug in and said “see ya later” with a low tire. Not a big deal, but definitely wouldn’t trust these guys if they can’t even plug a tire or be truthful.
Edit to owner response: well you charged me and you or your employee is rude and dishonest when i was trying to be nice. Theres no other spot on the tire that was patched.
Also many other reviews below state these guys are unprofessional and steal.

Ripoff con artist is the owner. Never go here unless you want to get unsatisfactory service and rude treatment by the staff. Illegal activity occurs here all the time

Hi, I WOULD NOT recommend this car dealership to anyone. I have had the worst experience with this car dealership. they are unreliable and dishonest. Just yesterday, i went to this dealership and had the money in cash and IN FULL after being in contact with them. After having a conversation with them, I was assured that i would be getting the car tomorrow because they stated that papers and documents were not available and ready. the next day, AS IM ON MY WAY, i get a call saying that the car has been already sold to another customer, although the car was promised to me. This dealership is beyond unprofessional and has caused a huge inconvenience for my family & i. I would avoid this “business” at all costs.

We have gone to this shop for a long time. The new management is terrific. Sam does his best to accommodate our needs and is very sociable and knows cars in and out. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional. Called and booked an appointment, went there, and said, "Don't know who asked you to come ,can't do it in a very unapologetic tone. I called their official number from Google maps.
