“Every interaction I had with them from start to finish was pleasant, understanding and informative. Each person was very helpful and they were flexible with the intake process as we had to take some time to make the decision of how to proceed. The turnaround time was impressive and they even called to let me know they wanted to take more time to ensure the quality of the work was at their best, which I greatly appreciated. Obviously cannot speak to the end result of the work as it has just been completed and cannot see it for myself so will take time to test (will update when appropriate) but I am confident from how I was treated here that it was excellent work and I will be happy I chose to have my transmission fixed here.”

“This is a true enthusiast shop. From beginning to the end everything was a pleasant experience.
My first time bringing my e46 to this shop was because I was recommended by a shop that turned me down because I over torqued a spark plug. I was also previously turned down by three other mechanic shops. When I called Wain Senior picked up and he was confident he could take on the job.
Just from that first experience I felt like I found my shop. About a month later the slave cylinder went. I brought it back to them and they even let me shop my own parts which was a big plus. I ended up doing that and throwing in an oe clutch and rebuilt the shifter. It drives 1000 times better and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and service.
They have great communication, fair labor rates, a wealth of knowledge and they treat you like family. They truly want to make sure you have a great experience with them and I have both times I had my e46 in there. If I hadn’t moved an hour away I would only bring it to them. If you own a BMW, I highly recommend bringing it to Mstyle Motorsports, 10/10.”
“Great experience-Who says that when have a problem with your car?
Well I can after having Mike diagnose and repair a check engine light issue and a rear wheel axle, bearing problems that other mechanics wanted to fix it part by part with uncertainty and a very expensive trial by error approach. Mike’s Quality Auto not only repaired the issues but Mike took the time without me asking and performed a thorough safety inspection. Lastly, the bill came and it’s well below what I expected. Thank you Mike !”

“Let me just start off by saying this was one of the more professional experiences I’ve had with mechanics in recent years.
The stereotype of dealerships in mechanics, taking advantage of people’s naivety and ignorance of the automobile world is certainly very true and abundant. I brought my car to a dealership and it was diagnosed with a bad transmission no explanation. I was just told the transmission had to be fixed.
I won’t go into the details, but Rick provided me with a lot more insight to what exactly was happening with my car and gave me a few options. On top of it, Rick quoted me a timeline that Was faster than the dealership, but also came in about three grand cheaper.
Rick not only fix my car sooner than expected, but he stayed in touch with me the entire time letting me know exactly what he found and what was going on with my car. Even my paranoia surrounding my vehicle, he was able to calm And Not get annoyed with my series of questions.

“I have an older Kia that was having a shifting issue after bringing it to another place they had told me it was a lost cause… I figured I’d try one more time so I brought the place to Joe at reliable transmission and did not leave disappointed! It’s a small shop so if you’re expecting next day turn around probably not the place for you but he does fantastic work and always responded to my text when I inquired to how the progress of the car was going. After getting the transmission issue fixed he also was able to replace a brake line for me as well and got the car running and driving again! I was gonna give this car to my nephew but now I’m considering keeping it for myself since it runs like brand new again! I expected a pricey Bill but was pleasantly Surprised how affordable it was. Joe was a pleasure to talk to and do business with and I will definitely recommend anybody in the future!!”

“TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I'm posting a second review under my partner's profile to express how incredible N&R's service is. I brought my car in for a massive repair; not only was it done within a couple of days, Kevin took the time to explain to me exactly what parts are needed, why, how the labor would work, and the pricing. I never had any question of what he was doing to my car.
As it turned out, my car quickly became something close to catastrophic, unbeknownst to Kevin when he took the car in. Kevin called me and explained this to me very thoroughly, was apologetic, and very kind to me. Kevin also knocked off about a fourth of the price for the fact that my car, while drive-able, is in the last stages of his life. I am a relatively recent college graduate, struggling like everyone else; he can't know what that meant to me.
Kevin, as always, thank you for the great care you and your team take when you're working on my car. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be a customer for as long as they're open. It wouldn't matter if I moved countries - I would still come back to N&R Automotive.”

“I first met Mike Roudis 20 years ago when he fixed my E250. now I drive an F150 in bad need of a rear end , so I went to Mike He did the right job at the right price, with quality parts. As Mike was disassembling the rear axle to get at the differential, he noticed my rear pads were paper thin had to get replaced immediately, or I'd need new rotors soon. He put them in and now I'm on my way, worry free, without having to do a separate brake job”

“I had a 98 GMC Sierra that the motor was tired I went to Dan's and got a remanufactured engine he put it in. All for just under $3000 ran strong till I traded the truck in and I still see it driving around to this day. Motor was replaced back in 2016 great job by Dan”
