“Thomas was just incredibly helpful and friendly. He knew everything about dropping in another state, storage, & assisted with my lack of technology big time. I would not have been able to even drive it off the lot, as the UHaul text explaining photos needed was too much for me to get. There was a lot to my move in general that was challenging...I would definitely rent from Thomas at Quincy Ave again as he made the truck rental piece as easy as could possibly be.
