Rude, unhelpful and seem proud of it. Do better

I went to this place only because the other abington location gave me grief everytime I'd go in the other one. All I do is go in to have a package delivered or letter that needs to be certified and right away the employees would huff and puff as if they don't want to be there. So i went into this location to try it out see if they had employees who had better attitudes bit wouldn't you know it thoes employees at the other abington location I went to before somehow work at this location now. Ahhh!!! Same old song and dance on how I was treated. I tried to send out a package yhe first time ( got the same guy at the last post office that I always have issues with) and he was telling me the zip code was wrong that I put. But it certainly was the right zip code for that address. The person I was sending it to sent me that and even looked online. So he put a different address on the label and didn't know until I got home and saw the receipt and even looked at the address online it was the zip code I put not the one he said. So I tried several times calling customer service since my schedule was tight. You can not get a real person. ( so dont bother trying ) so I went back down even though i was in a rush. Company was on the way to my place. And when i got there it took 10 minutes for someone to finally came out. The lady waiting behind me called out to them several times. So then they came out I told them I would like the zip code put back the way I had it. And it took a fill 20 MINUTES to change it they wouldn't let me leave. And for some reason I had to pay twice. ( but got a money order for a refund that I had to wait several days to get) also I have trouble walking/standing ( use a cane) so didn't help. So then a week later I went in to cash it but they said they( same guy) didn't have any money. I won't go back there again. Reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the lady who sold me the box for my package( Diane) is very nice. But after i came back in after I went outside to package my items to send out I ended up with the guy who I dread getting unfortunately

AVOID. The old woman who apparently is a supervisor is extremely rude. Yelling at customers for no reason. Then when told not to yell at people, she says "YOU HAVEN'T HEARD ME YELL TRUST ME". Probably because she had to get up out of her chair in the back for once. Unacceptable behavior from this public employee. This is a common theme now with many people who "serve the public". Don't take your misery out on others. And no, I wasn't rude or yelling at her beforehand whatsoever. I was polite the second I walked in the door. I don't pay for a PO Box here to be screamed at for asking a question about a delivery. Where is the professionalism anymore? It's tiring. People have enough to deal with as it is. We don't need the unnecessary headache.
One day she will yell at the wrong person.

The customer service is the best I shave experienced in a post office since God knows when!!!! Stellar? People take pride in their work ethic

Whoever the old lady is who handles this place most of the time is one of the rudest/stupidest people I have ever had the misfortune of meeting.
