I just picked my car up from this body shop. There wasn't major damage but enough that it needed to be repaired. I booked my initial consult through their online booking. When I arrived, they were ready to look at the car and I was in/out in under 10 minutes. Then I scheduled to drop it off, which was another quick in/out. I picked it up this morning and the car is repaired perfectly, the interior/exterior was cleaned. I was out the door in under 3 minutes. I'm really happy with the efficiency of this place and I would definitely recommend them. Super straight forward and easy.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Acton Autobody, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.The staff at Acton Autobody were friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the repair process, provide a clear estimate, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The quality of their work is great. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.This was thru insurance so I can't really speak on the pricing, but they completed the job in a timely manner even though parts have been pretty hard to come by these days. They have earned my trust, and I will definitely return if I ever need their services again.

Giving them one star is being generous. Brought my car to them for a bumper. We had already bought a bunch of the parts so he told us the price would go down once he figured out what parts he would use. We were told it would take 2-3 days. After 4 days I started calling. I was told they needed to order more parts and it would over $1000 more. I asked about the parts I brought in and was told they would come off the final price. At 10 days I was told they were almost done. On day 11 I was told they would have it done by 5 if I did not have it washed. I told them I did not want the wash I just wanted my car back. I showed up at 4:50 and was told it was not ready. They still needed to wash it. I told them I did not the wash u just wanted my car. I paid an extra $1400 dollars and they brought my car out. First thing I noticed is that all my weather tech mats were gone. I went back and got my mats. I asked about my parts and they claimed to not know anything about it even though I had emails to prove they did. I paid and extra $1400 and the kept my parts. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Brought my car here for an insurance claim and it left in worst condition than it came in with. Also missed over $3,700 worth of damage. Additionally, owner got an attitude and upset when I brought up his lack of work. Stay away at all costs - will cut corners to flip a better profit.
