The go to in Concord/Acton for MA state inspections. I've been to other shops in town who are 'too busy', or 'come back tomorrow'. Here they just crank through inspections quickly and courteously, though you might be chilling outside the shop for 20-30min if it's the last day of the month and everyone realizes they need their inspection that day.

Jeff is a very good person, I took my Hyundai elantra coupe for repair and sticker and he patiently answered all my questions and was very kind to me, he also charged me very less and I am very happy with the service, I would definitely recommend this

They are really honest about the price and they are open to give us some suggestions which is very less likely to happen in many service centers. In my opinion they are good.

Awesome place to get a sticker, everyone is nice and they are quick to do the suckers. I love how they take credit card for stickers and not like other places cash only. Will go again for my second car

I have called this place twice to make an appointment. Both times I’m told over the phone to bring my car in and both times when I get there, they turn me away. They clearly don’t have a scheduling system. When I’ve gotten my car serviced there before, they replaced my breaks and never called me when they were done. I had to call them after a week and they said I could have already picked up my car. On top of that, they replaced my back breaks for $400, only for another shop to tell me a month later that my back brakes were shot and I needed them replaced ASAP. They held onto the breaks and showed me, confirming acton gas and service completely ripped me off and didn’t provide me with new brakes. I’ve given this place 3 chances, and every time, they screw me over.
