Stored here for 10 years. Staff was always available when needed, friendly and prompt. I felt safe at this facility and it is well maintained. Definitely recommend!

I'm a social worker whose elder client just came out of storage with this company and discovered about 24 bats in her belongings once she opened them in her home. Acton Police witnessed this. When I called Brian who manages this company he said "not my problem", "maybe she put them there". Clearly this company does not take responsibility for their service quality.

Nice office staff, one big issue here is the hours are not convenient for the general public. 8-5 Monday thru Sat, try going after work? try going on Sun - your only option is Sat to move stuff in and out. Also now pro rating on back end - you pay full month weather there are not. Most places now offer 24/7 access with security cams.
