“Absolutely fabulous. If it was possible to give these guys six stars, I'd give them seven. Craig and colleagues are always going the extra mile to ensure our bikes are safe, comfortable, reliable, affordable and joyful. If only the rest of the country operated like this...”
“I had a great experience at ATA Cycle for my second bike fitting. I had previously gotten a fitting elsewhere that wasn’t a great experience, so I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this one. From start to finish, ATA Cycle was fantastic.
I’m brand new to cycling this year, and Husam was incredibly patient and understanding. He took the time to answer all of my newbie questions, explain the basics, and make sure I actually understood what we were doing rather than just adjusting things for me.
The fitting made a huge difference, and thanks to Husam and the team at ATA Cycle, I was able to complete my first triathlon! I really appreciate how welcoming and knowledgeable they were throughout the entire process.
Highly recommend ATA Cycle, especially if you’re newer to cycling and want someone who will take the time to work with you.”
“Both me and my wife had a great experience renting bikes from Assabet River Bicylces. They were polite and very professional, and helped in selecting suitable hybrid bikes for us. Bikes were also of good quality.”
“Can’t beat Ray’s service, prices, or personality. We’ve bought multiple bikes from him. Also got our kickstands, water bottle holders, bike racks and baskets, bells, and more here.
Ray is currently fixing my bike that fell off the car rack so I can bring it on my camping trip tomorrow. Hard to find quality and reliability and care like this shop provides.”

“Great customer service! I went searching for cycling shoes and they took the time to try and find a good fit for my wonky feet. Unfortunately I couldn't find the fit that I needed but they were very honest and recommended options instead of forcing a sale which I appreciated greatly.”
