I own a 2013 Ducati Monster 796. This spring I could not find neutral (absolutely impossible!) and was thinking of bringing the bike back to one of the places on the north shore that service Ducati (many shops don't want to deal with Ducatis). Being completely robbed by them last year (the people also having a bad attitude) I decided to find a local place to where I live. The soft spoken man at Bikeworx called me this morning (having dropped of the bike the day before) saying the bike was all set and he had also done safety inspection with new sticker on. He had taken apart the clutch, flushed and bled the hydraulic clutch system. The bike rides like new. For a VERY reasonable price. I have definitely found the place for all work/service that will be needed on my bike. I highly recommend Bikeworx!

Only went for a bike inspection, which was done with speed and efficiency. It's a smallish retail shop, but appears to have significant capacity for repairs and other work (big garage, small shop). Only one person there; not much of a conversationalist, but did the job promptly and efficiently. Recommended.

Went above and beyond, and worked very quickly. Brought it in for a chain/ sprocket replacement + throttle service. They said it would take them a day, and after finding a few other things wrong, they still had it done 24hr later. they were very upfront and didn't force repairs that weren't needed at the time, but told me to keep an eye out and at some point service a few other things, very much a no BS business
