The process of opening new accounts was as pleasant and smooth as one can only wish. The branch manager(?), Ronaldo, was very helpful and professional, and the branch interior was very pleasant.

Excellent customer service. Far exceeds one's expectations as a bank holder when simply walking in the door, Chase immediately treats you like a VIP.
The service isn't fake either, they truly have invested a lot into creating an atmosphere in which the client feels valued for sure.
The furniture and decor add to that appeal as well. This bank makes sure that if you want to sit down somewhere, you're going to do it in a top-of-the-market quality chair that's brand new and whatever service you need is already resolved or being resolved as you do so.
Impressed by the building and the staff. Have no complaints.
There is an ATM available for access 24/7 with a card access door unlock.
There is a drive-through ATM on the right side of the bank as well*****

Very rude and unhelpful. I went to deposit my check to use for my wedding venue and they refused to accept it. It felt like they couldn’t believe someone my age could be depositing a large amount of money like that (I look younger than I am). Been a Chase member for years, but it looks like I’ll be finding a new bank.

I went to Chase hoping to open a business checking account after seeing a $400 signup bonus. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, but I was informed we couldn't register a bank account here since our company was registered out of state and we were doing services in Massachusetts. We went to Santanders across the street and they had no problem accepting us.

The absolute worst bank I've ever banked with! NOT a reflection on the people who work there; rather an outright indictment against the system software they have to use to service you. All of the routine transactions I have complaints about with Chase are proficiently handled at Bank of America and Sovereign Bank. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and go elsewhere for your banking needs.

Very stand offish service. Was not helped. I just moved 900 miles to Massachusetts and they tell me that I need to cash my check at a Wells Fargo knowing that there’s no Wells Fargo in the state. My worst experience ever at a chase branch and makes me consider switch banks if this is the service I have to look forward to. Thank god my next check will be direct deposit because this was terrible service especially as a long time chase customer. Greeted by someone then brought over to no teller and waited for one to arrive in the empty bank. Will not return. Ever!
