I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Such service, such good work — almost makes getting t-boned on a random Thursday afternoon worth it.
They coordinated with my insurance company, kept me posted on the process, made the paperwork as painless as possible. Were patient, kind, well informed.
Now my car looks like new. Absolute stars!

The customer service at Ernie’s Auto Body shop was fantastic. Rose handled all the details with the insurance company and rental car. Rose was always professional, positive and upbeat. We are so pleased with the outcome of the repairs- they did an excellent job! We would highly recommend Ernie’s Auto Body!!

Rose was an absolute doll and made the process of having to total my car about as quick and painless as it possible could have been. She clearly explained each step of the process, called the appropriate insurance assessor, helped me set up a rental, and had everything wrapped up for me by mid afternoon.

Just got my car back from Ernie's. What a wonderful experience working with Rose and the team. They make things as easy as possible and do great work. This is the 2nd car we've had them fix. Hopefully we won't have a 3rd one anytime soon, but if we do I will bring it to Ernie's!

I am so grateful for the amazing experience I had dealing with Ernie's Auto Body. They were extremely helpful, professional and kind. I unfortunately had to put a claim thru with my Insurance company due to some dishonest jackhole I work with, they hit my car while parked at work and didn't report it. Anywho it had been a very long time since I went through the claim process and I was very lucky to find Ernie's because they were very knowledgable and made the process super easy and headache free. They had my car for less than 3 weeks and kept me updated the whole time. AND when the car was ready to be picked up they offered to drop it off at my house (a few miles down the road) which I thought was going above and beyond. The car looks incredible they did a fantastic job and I will for sure use them again and recommend to anyone, not to mention they are just nice, down-to-earth good people . Unfortunately I found myself somewhere no one wants to be at, an auto body shop. I was t-boned and after receiving a long list of approved shops Ernie’s stood out with its reviews. I am so happy I found them. Rose is a true professional. As this was my first accident she walked me through the entire process, called the other insurance company while I was there, handled a rental car etc! My truck looks brand new. I can’t recommend them enough, this is a gem of a spot!

I had a car issue and was calling a number of shops trying to gather some info and spoke with Rose. She was very helpful and helped me figure out the best course of action. I am not a big car person and she set me up with a different shop because they were going to be cheaper and got me in sooner than I could have gotten on my own. I will absolutely be using Ernie's for all my needs moving forward because of how helpful they were during this process. Highly recommend.
