“I had an excellent experience renewing the registrations for my two cars here. Initially, I encountered a prevention hold on both renewals due to unpaid excise taxes. The staff, Van, Stephanie, and another team member helping me renew my registrations (I apologize for not remembering her name), were fantastic. They clearly explained the issue, identified the unpaid fees, and directed me to the correct unit to resolve it.
I called the Town Hall of the city where I used to live, obtained a bill ID, and paid the fee. After a brief 20-minute wait, the hold was removed. I then asked the staff if I could continue with my renewal in a same-day appointment. They were very understanding and, because it was a less busy time, they kindly accommodated my request. The entire process finished in an hour and a half, and I left with both registrations successfully renewed.
