“Jackie M was a super star at the Lowell Branch. Despite me coming in ten minutes before close (which I felt really guilty for ??), she helped me get my insurance straightened out for my new vehicle and even asked to help with the registration despite it being closing time. I cannot appreciate her enough for the help she gave me, as well as her positive attitude — she was fun to banter with, and very professional.
