I've been shopping here for years. It's very well stocked and the layout makes for great displays of new styles. I needed jeans and the manager Nicole was friendly, knows the product well and helped me find two pairs of what are now the most comfortable jeans I own. Thank you Nicole!

The manager and the sales staff act like they are doing you a favor by being in their store vs making you feel welcome like the staff prior to this manager. I like the clothing but the store experience left me not wanting to rush back in...

Everything on the web states the store is "open at 9:00 AM, or currently open" on Saturday. Upon arrival, found the doors locked. I called and Kelly answered the phone. When I explained several places on the web said they were open, I received a snide remark, "in the mall we are open at 9:00 AM, but here it is 10:00 AM". I suggested the website should be corrected, and received a ruder response. I realize you can't control what the public posts, but as a popular store/large corporation, I would think the website would be important enough to be correct. And a proper response from the employee wouldn't be bad either.

Fabulous crew! Every time I go, I feel like I am on a date with myself. The service is excellent. They always offer a changing room. They grab correct sizing while I am in the changing room when needed. Everyone is happy to be of service and always makes the customer feel like a friend! There's never eye rolling from the staff and I thank you for that because one worker can spoil the whole crew. The whole plaza in Acton has a friendly vibe. I love having good quality clothing and good service in this area of Mass. No need to drive close to Boston ladies! Thank you so much Loft! I love your employers and your location. Don't ever move your location! I can always count on the petite section. Keep doing what you are doing Loft in Acton! We love you!!

I was at the store yesterday and saw a sale associate was so rude to the customer. The sale associate raised her voice and yelled at that customer. I feel so disappointed to see this situation. This makes me scared to shop at this store in the future.

Terrible customer service. I shop at this location since it is close to me. Most of sale associates are nice. However One of the sale associates named Martha is so rude and doesn't have any patience and yelled to customers. As a sale associate, She should know all the customers are expecting a pleasant and easy shopping experience. This makes me to think shopping at other loft locations.

The sale was great. The prices are on the expensive side.

Terrible customer service. 4 employees, including a manager. I had to ask for help. No one offered to start a dressing room. All employees chatting, but couldn't be bothered to help. I mentioned I was disappointed and Howard, the manager said " sorry". He really couldn't have cared less. It seems the objective is to sell clothes, however, this doesn't seem to be the case at this store. I can imagine that Loft would appreciate and expect more from the manager.

Very strange experience. A few weeks ago, I bought my very first LOFT items online, and, having just lost some weight, several things were too big and so I needed to return them. The cashier looked at my items and said they looked "strange." And "You really should come in to try things on." There seems to be a fundamental misunderstanding in this store about e-commerce (and about customer service). If the store wants people to buy online, then I suggest they handle returns more graciously. I have not been to other LOFT locations, but did go to the LOFT Outlet at Assembly Square and had a great experience there. I guess the cheaper, previous season stuff is what this retailer wants to sell. Good to know.

Always very helpful. But not pushy they help you find a nice outfit. Can be a little pricey but they're close last.

One of my favorite stores to shop in, not just because I love the clothes but also because I love the people! The employees at this LOFT are so kind and friendly. It's a smaller store but they have great petite's and sales sections!

I love Loft and buy from the Natick store and online often. This location is closest to home, so I go in whenever I am also headed to Trader Joe's...and every single time I regret it. Today a woman was working and loudly humming/whistling to the music while the man working was speaking across the store to another associate about what they needed to do tonight and how much he didn't like the weather and blah, blah, hahaha... All of which was extremely annoying but not a deal breaker. The real problem is that there are always more people working than shopping and no one offers to help or even makes eye contact. The drive to Natick is worth it.

I have found the women who work at the Acton, MA location have been consistently snobby and unhelpful. A smile or a friendly look shouldn't be too much to expect, should it, ladies? I love Loft clothing and I wear it quite a bit, but I now order my stuff online or drive to Burlington since the workers in Acton seem too caught up in themselves or the displays to be helpful. They should remember that they work in a store where customers are looking for a pleasant and easy shopping experience rather than eying people up and down when they walk in and acting like it's taking away from their day to come to the register. Poor. Rude. Too bad too, because they are so close to where I live.
