The people were not rude, but far from friendly - no smile, no getting, no eye contact. I had booked an appointment several weeks ahead, reserving a loaner and confirmed it the day before. When I arrived, they coldly checked me in and then said I couldn't have a loaner because I had my dog with me. No negotiating. So I left. There are other places I can take my car where I will be treated with a smile, and my dog will be welcome. With all the dog- friendly ads this company puts out, this was a hypocritical shocker. My first experience with this center was during covid. It was ok. But I won't be back here.

On their website they talked about Covid precautions and virtually all the customers wore masks and kept distance. However, I didn't notice a single staff person wearing a mask.

Thanks for wasting my time. Exchanged several emails with a sales rep discussing models and pricing. The price was very competitive so I made an appointment for a test drive. Drove 30 minutes. Sales rep wasn't there. Rep who attempted to fill in, was polite, but had zero context of emails and asked me to start over. The car I made an appointment to test drive wasn't available either. I left and got a form email from the original rep (who wasn't even there!) thanking me for meeting with her. I went somewhere else the next day, had an excellent experience and wound up leasing two vehicles. Don't be duped into coming in if you get quoted a low price.

Complete positive experience from the phone intake ("come right in!") to the kind people at the desk. Even when I parked in the wrong place. Only request is the address was confusing to me as an Acton novice. I had no idea if I was on Powdermill since the street signage wasn't great. This is a serious upgrade from my last visit in 2008 to the sales department! Yes, I have a long memory. I had agree with them on a price but when I got there, all of a sudden it was changed. I bought my car elsewhere. This time, what was quoted me was what was charged. Thanks so much.
