I recently visited Midas Auto in Acton, and I can't speak highly enough about their service. The team truly goes above and beyond to take care of my car. Despite a minor miscommunication, the staff was incredibly helpful and immediately corrected the issue without any hassle. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and I highly recommend them for any auto needs. Great job, Midas Auto! Especially thankful to Franco at the front desk for making sure everything went smoothly.

I just had a great experience at Midas Acton. They helped me by replacing my front and rear brakes (rotors and pads) yesterday on my 2019 Acura MDX for about 50% of the cost quoted by the Acura dealership. They were able to fit me in with about 2 hours notice and got everything done in less than 2 hours while I waited. As they were inspecting the car, they let me know that there was a bubble on the wall of one of the tires and suggested I get it taken care of. I spoke with Michelin and they called Franco at Midas Acton to get an assessment of the damage to the tire and the tread depth. Franco took time from his busy day to answer Michelin's questions, which resulted in a 50% discount on replacing my Michelin tires. I really appreciate that let me know about the tire issue and took the time to help me by talking with Michelin, which they didn't have to do.

Guys here were very helpful. We went in thinking we needed to replace some tires since they looked like they had some damage, but they saved us the headache (and a few hundred dollars) by showing us it was just cosmetic damage.

This is one of the few excellent experiences I've had with car mechanics! These guys (Franco et al) did a fab job on my car. I had been told that my 2017 VW engine needed to be replaced. Franco and his team assured me that it did not, and gave me a clear breakdown of what I needed to get the car in shape to drive for the next few years. When I paid for my repair, I also learned that they had done a number of other fixes, for which they did NOT charge me. They also itemized my lengthy list of issues into "must do", "should do", and "nice to do", so that I could do the repairs over time. Great work, fair price, conscientious staff!

Recently had my vehicle serviced at this Midas location again and I felt compelled to leave another review just to show my gratitude towards the service team at this store. Scheduling was easy, they had a time that was extremely convenient for me, my vehicle was promptly taken into the bay and they had all four of my tires replaced and new pressure sensors installed in no time. My car drives smoother and best of all, no more annoying tire warning light! Thanks again to the entire Midas Acton team!

I was driving down route 2 and got a flat tire. Franco Espalliat helped me out immediately and got my Honda back on the road right away. I highly recommend this location in Acton. They have great customer service and are super friendly and helpful. Thank you!!
