Don't go here to get your vaccines, can't control a sick visit in front of you or waiting over 40 minutes for your vaccine. Make sure you are booking the vaccine clinic or just do not do it at CVS.

I’m a visitor to the USA so my take is that if you have travel insurance, go to a real doctor. $150 to be told to take paracetamol and ibuprofen is a harsh lesson in the commercialisation of CVS pharmacies.Oh, and my muscle pain is due to the hotel pillow. Ignoring the gland pain in my groin was a nice out.

The Minute Clinic staff are always helpful. They are thorough and smart and so helpful for a flu/COVID shot vs. taking time out of my day to make an appointment with my PCP for one. I am generally able to get an appointment when I need it. I highly recommend.

My husband and I went to get a typhoid jab for our upcoming trip. It was easy to book an appointment at the minute clinic. The appointment went smoothly And was uneventful. The practitioner was really nice and caring. I would use this CVS MinuteClinic again.

I've noticed most of these reviews are years old and wanted to offer a recent perspective. I have been here 4 times in the last few months for myself or my children and it's been fabulous. We have scheduled online which is amazing when it's late at night and your child is sick, you can schedule for as soon as they open and not have to wait for the doctor's office to open, wait on hold forever, and then try to make a same day appt. The space is newly renovated and the two NP's we have seen have both been great. We have always been seen within 5 minutes of our appt time. If you schedule online you get a link to check-in when you arrive from your phone- it is so easy. When we have received a prescription it can be filled in the store so it's a one-stop shop. I hate to even let the word out about how convenient this place is in fear it will get too busy.

I have never come here and been seen within 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment. You need to plan an hour to be seen in their minute clinic.

The nurses are nice as ever but were definitely struggling with the shot they were supposed to give me which ended up being expired anyways so I never even got it at this appointment. One nurse was asking the other how to load the syringe and give me the shot and said she didn’t want to do it without the other nurse in the room because she wasn’t sure how to do it. If you’re dealing with something that really needs treatment or just want real professional care, find yourself a more established and prepared clinic. I’m sure these ladies can rock a flu shot or vaccination, just not much more than that.

Go elsewhere. Abysmal communication: signed in, waited 1 hour then when my turn can up I was told another patient would go in front of me and that I would be served after lunch break- another 1 hour and 15 minutes!

I'd give the individuals at this clinic a higher rating, but as was noted by another reviewer, getting through to someone at corporate support is a nightmare.

I really cannot say enough nice things about the two nurse practitioners who work at this Minute Clinic! Back in 2016 I fell very ill and visited this location on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse did every possible test she could and then told me that she really thought I should visit the ER as it seemed my health was at great risk. I did and it turned out I had a bad case of pneumonia! The fact that this NP made the right decision in sending me to the ER may have saved me from becoming dangerously sick. I visited this location again today to receive two vaccinations and the second NP did a great job explaining all of the information I needed to know, administering the vaccines quickly and as pain-free as possible, and then talking to me for a while after to make sure I was ok before I left. Overall, they are just so friendly, kind, and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend!
