Guys was Amazing, Trevor was best in communication and scheduling, and crew did quick and amazing job for our basement after it was flooded.
When i call Trevor i told him that we had flooded basement and all smells very badly and if they can add us to schedule a quick as possible and within 4 days guys was here and in 6 hours do whole job. Take a look on my shiny basement no)))

Post Road Acton replaced our aging kitchen floor with new luxury vinyl tile as part of a full kitchen remodel. Brandon was great to work with, recommending the gluedown tile solution, and Ray and his team did a great job both removing the old flooring and installing the new.

We’ve worked with Bill at Post Road Carpet many times in the past and had a great experience, so, naturally, we did again recently for 5 rooms of carpeting and tile. Everything went smoothly, great communication, and a courteous and efficient installation process. Will be back again in the future!

Trevor was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to find the tile that fit my budget and achieved the look I was going for. He was always responsive and made sure the installation was exactly what we had agreed. Very knowledgeable and an absolutely pleasure to work with.

We used Post Road for tiling our entire new construction home. We worked with Trevor who was absolutely awesome to work with. He was easy to connect with, provided good recommendations, and gave us flexibility when we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Trevor was communicative at every step in the process and made us feel confident that we were getting the best service! I also want to recognize the installers, they did a beautiful job with each tile set (bathroom, kitchen, laundry) and were also very accommodating and easy to work with. Out of all the vendors we used during the new construction process, Post Road was my favorite. They are top notch and if we need anything in the future we will be using them again!

I can't say enough about Post Road Carpet One! My husband and I were in a time crunch renovating our home and got blown off by 2 carpet companies. We ended up searching for other companies in our area who could accommodate our short timeline and we are so happy we called Bill at Carpet One... we were in and out of the store in 5 minutes; Bill personally came to our home the very next day to measure, and then scheduled our install 3 days later. They were on time, did it quickly, and did an excellent job! Definitely call these guys before anyone else. We appreciate you, Bill & team!

Our new home had 5 different colors of carpet so we knew we'd need a full house redo. It wasn't a cheap prospect. Post Road was transparent in cost of carpet + pad + install, so we were able to mentally estimate total cost in advance. They were patient while we took home samples to view in our home. And the order + install team was FAST. Yes, we needed financing help, and even that went smoothly. The new carpet looks fantastic and our house is feeling more like our own now. I can't recommend this business enough.

Amazing job by @postroadcarpet bound carpet and inlay. The sales team was beyond helpful and guided us on colors that would work for our rooms. The installers need some praise also. They were well prepared and cleaned up afterward. THANK YOU! I would recommend them if looking for flooring of any kind.
