The least fresh, the least produce, same quality as other grocery stores, yet the MOST EXPENSIVE grocery store around

Very easy to find and get into the parking lot. Neat and clean inside the store.

It is the best overall shopping experience, hands down. Quality prepared foods and fruits and vegetables. Great cheese section with an on-site helper at all times. Best carts. The workers speak English and will walk you over to any item you ask for help finding. Easy to check out with many lanes and also self-serve. Fantastic holiday foods and prepared meals for large family gatherings. Scary-good desserts/bakery section. You pay for excellence, but if you want it, this is the place. Based in Mass.

Came here to get some sandwich meat and the big fella behind the counter apparently didn't approve of what I wanted and sighed very loudly then proceeded to slam the meat on the slicer. I'd expect a more welcoming attitude from a place like Roche as ive always had nice experiences at the other locations

I think this might be one of the friendliest and most well managed grocery stores I've been to. The staff working here are amazing. Super friendly, super helpful, it's noteworthy. And it's not like I go to a lot of grumpy grocery stores, but the charming people working at the Roche Brothers in Acton really stand out.
Oh, and they carry lots of good things too. Good quality produce and meats.
Cheers to you all, fine workers of Acton!

I got a flower arrangement made from them recently. It came out very beautiful. The girl at the flower section was extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

My grandparents were from Acton and their last name was Roche, and I grew up In Georgia so I don't often see my last name so we stopped in the store to see if you guys had anything with the Roche name and a guy named Steve from the meat department helped us and was super friendly. Thank you so much for a great experience!!!!!

Clean, grocery store. Shopping carts are in good condition. Check out personal are friendly. Wide selection of fruit and vegetables. They have a deli where you can have the employee slice lunch meats. Which they have a wide variety. Clean parking lot, and the store was very clean. The store wasn't very busy when I went at 12 noon on a Wednesday. Regards

My vegan chicken was so yummy in my tummy and you can't find a price on chicken as good as this one, even in Ohio!! As soon as I got to checkout a sigma rizzler checked my items in record time. He was very kind. I looked to my left and saw an alpha male bagging items so fast like Kai Cenats skibidi fanum tax.

There are several people who work at this market who are completely and totally certifiable and I have no idea how they managed to get hired, because Roche Bros is a very nice market. But maybe it’s because the store manager is a complete and total horse’s backside, so he tends to hire people who are just like himself. It’s really a shame because this market carries items that you can’t find elsewhere. But, it doesn’t matter because I won’t shop here again unless there is a big turnover in both management and employees. (You know there’s a problem when even the managers are headcases…)

Roche used to be a nice (if a little expensive) place to get groceries for a family. However, their prices have become outrageous, often more than Whole Foods. The result is plainly visible — the store is almost always empty, when it used to be very busy.

The problem here is that the store manager is a complete horse’s backside and his rude, obnoxious and unprofessional attitude trickles down to the rest of the employees. I have never seen a supermarket with more rude and crazy people and, as a result, I no longer will shop here—despite the fact that I am a longtime customer and have been shopping here for a lot longer than most of these nuts have been working here). I also really don’t understand how someone who has no skills whatsoever, when it comes to dealing with the public, becomes a store manager. Frankly, I wouldn’t hire this guy (or some of his crazy employees) to sweep the parking lot.
