If I had a chance I would give a zero. I took time off from work to come to the store but they had closed it temporarily without updating the website. When I called a lady mentioned that it was too hot and their cooling was not working. The store had not even bothered to update the website. I wasted a lot of time. I was right outside the store and could not go in. I had called the previous day to let them know I was coming in to collect my items that were on hold.

Not a first time customer and love them for my size. For this specific store , I would recommend you to add proper description/signs to restrict entries to certain areas in your store ( as I believe it works different from other stores in the country ) No point creating a scene and embarrassing your customers. Careful people! Rude racists around ! The staff will not stand for you, will not stand for the right !

Women’s clothing store in Acton. They seem to focus on women over 40. They have a notably large section for petites and another for plus sizes. This store was well staffed on a Monday afternoon with cheerful employees. The store was clean and clothing was organized.

These ladies offered excellent customer service on 3/6/23. Two of my colleagues and I went in about 30 minutes before closing time and the managers in there were so helpful and attentive to our needs. We’ll be back!

There is no doubt, these are pricey clothes! They are well-made and classic. Best time to buy is during a sale. Their sales are really good. They pride themselves on customer service. For a chain, they maintain a small store personal feel, which is very nice. I'm lucky. I am able to buy there frequently, almost exclusively during sales.

I love Talbots. Haven't been out much during virus day's, stopped at Holden store, it felt so good to look around & be in a clean, careful store. I made purchase & ordered another, my entire week has been changed with hope & brightness. Thanks

Okay, I had to came back to my car and seat to "refresh" my brain. I was standing for almost 15 minutes with sales associate walking around no one asked me if I need help, even do I was clearly trying to find an item. Then I ask a woman for help, she was helping another customer and ask me to wait...,,14 more minutes I am out. I am so disappointed and upset. I usually shop either in Burlington or Copley stores, the service here is just plain horrible.

This Talbots is the most customer centric Talbots I have ever experienced. My favorite is Susan but all the ladies are helpful, honest and stylish! And if you are like me who typically needs a small alteration, they have a seamstress who comes twice a week! Lastly, you should know that this location has a very large population of senior citizens that come from the nearby retirement communities. I enjoy the comradery of these ladies.

As a petite-sized woman, Talbots is my favorite store for clothing as I can always find nice clothes for my size here. Can get really nice outfit at great price with seasonal promotions. The store has 3 sections - one section for petite size, one for regular size, and one for woman size.
