The worst branch. For being one of the few out here, it’s very frustrating that the outside ATM is down about 60% of the time and the employees always have an excuse.

Really disappointed at the way they treat customers.Some of the staff rude, No smilesOrdered a Debit Card replacement, it's been since Dec 13th nothing yet, no explanation, the person desk was across from the glass manager's office was extremely rude threw my Driver's license not hand it to me politely.The worst service I received in a bank my entire life.

Waited half hour at the drive thru teller, took others inside before me even tho I was waiting 15 minutes before speaking to anyone. Hire people who arnt rude to their customers.

Pulled up first at the drive up teller she says she'll get that all set another guy pulls up next to me at the other tunnel she says the same thing and then she finishes his transaction before mine when I've been sitting here longer then pops up and tells me there's someone in the lobby and they will be with my transaction shortly. Just cashing a check nothing crazy. And some girl with pink hair interrupts me to tell me they have to take the person in the lobby first when I was trying to say the guy next to me was taken before me and left when I've been sitting here before me. Watched a car pull up 10 minutes as I was sitting here whom went inside and came out before anyone even said anything to me on the intercom. Completely rude and I will not be returning to this location again. 30 minutes now I've been waiting at the drive through. Worst customer service and branch I've ever had to deal with DONT GO HERE.

I went to this bank to get a notary done. The staff was polite and they took the time to explain what they can do and cannot. Love their customer service.

Great bank with friendly people! Everyone here was very helpful and made sure i was on my way with my new debit card in 10 minutes! I love that not only they are open 7 days a week but when i loose my debit card on a Saturday night i can get a new one right in the store the next day! I'll never go back to waiting for my debit card again!
