I have been coming to this Acton location for The Paper Store for several years now, especially during the holidays to get a new yearly LANG Songbirds calendar and to continue finding out what's new for Hallmark ornaments (especially The Bird Series line of beautiful ornaments)! The staff here is friendly, the prices are reasonable and you can find a gift for practically anyone on your holiday shopping list! I'll be coming here every year until they stop selling the calendars or the Bird Series of ornaments ends production (I don't see what it would, hundreds and hundreds of birds to make ornaments based off of)!

Horrible customer service!I was followed around the store, stared at, given judgmental looks, and even had merchandise grabbed out of my hand!I am disgusted by the way this establishment treats their customers.

I was not impressed by the customer service there I was profiled and discriminated against for my age and followed around in the store by the employee’s. things were snatched from my hands and when I got to the point where I decided to leave I was stopped and accused of stealing there merchandise.

They had all the family Christmas cards I needed plus a few extra small gifts. I realize stores are short handed but my clerk was a little grinchy. Other than that good experience

I was looking for gift ideas for a coworker that was leaving and was looking for relaxation items - we work the in the health care industry and things have been absolutely crazy since COVID. Honestly really couldn't find much but ended up getting her a few trinkets.
