“I needed a tow on a Tuesday around 6:30/6:45pm in North Billerica. The dispatcher was kind and patient with me as I worked out what I wanted to do, and it just so happened they had a truck right nearby. I hung up the phone with the dispatcher after paying and the truck pulled up mere moments later, which was a godsend after waiting a while on a different company that never showed up. Truck driver was very nice (Charlie I think was his name) and he dropped the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic's for me. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but I'd recommend them!Service: Car towing”
“Definitely recommend Castro as a mechanic! I was told by another local mechanic that I needed a ton of work done, but I had had some of the same work done recently and brought my car to Castro for a second opinion. They told me what I actually needed, charged me way less than I was quoted for the same work from multiple other places. They were able to get me in the day after I called, and finished the work within a few hours. They were very communicative the whole time, and also very friendly and easy to talk with.”
