Amazing customer service by Chris. Super helpful even when my QR code doesn't work and helped me to print the shipping label. Other places would make me pay for that service.

I have to say, this store has improved a lot since last year. Victor and Carla are simply an amazing team of workers. They are always ready to help with my questions and are constantly supporting each other. Both are friendly and always have a smile. The owner of this store must be very proud to have them working there. Victor assisted me with my shipment and made sure everything was secure, and Carla helped me with my Amazon return. I highly recommend this store!

Beyond excellent customer service. The gentleman working the counter was kind, beyond helpful, personable and patient. I watched him go go above and beyond for another customer in the sort of way that made it clear this was nothing out of the ordinary. Wonderful experience.
