This is a great local bank. Much better than the competition down the street. I've been using Greylock for a couple of years now, and I have found that they are always friendly, and willing to help with our banking needs. My only complaint was the amount we needed to put down to finance a commercial property. The loan rates could be better. Fix that, and you're a 5 star bank for sure!
