When I came to my storage unit there had been a leak from a pipe in the roof and the whole unit was covered in mold. This place is filthy and irresponsibly managed.
There appears to be water coming out of other units. Do not store your stuff here unless you want it to be destroyed.

I stored my stuff here for 5 months was told it was climate controlled obviously it’s not because now everything is covered in mold don’t use Greylock storage if you want to keep you stuff

From the start with booking the storage unit in advance of my move though present day, the team at Mullen have been easy to work with and helpful. Each time I visit the unit, the check in desk staff are a pleasure to interact with and offer any assistance needed. Facility is well-maintained.
